Faithful to ancestral traditions, Le Fumoir sublimates the most mountainous of experiences, that of fondue prepared with cheeses that have been refined and matured over time. For true fondue aficionados, the choice is between Abondance PDO, Comté PDO and Meule de Savoie… Smooth, light or full-bodied, there’s something to suit everyone’s palate.
When it comes to raclette, authenticity is not forgotten. There are as many flavours as there are high mountain pastures. You’ll be torn between Abondance AOP and Beaufort AOP… but all are melted to perfection.
Fondues and raclettes will of course be accompanied by fine charcuterie, vegetables and potatoes in the traditional way. For those with a sweet tooth, salmon, truffles, poultry, porcini mushrooms, Kobe ham and Osciètre caviar are also on the menu, for an Alpine journey to be savoured endlessly!
With room for up to 18 people, Le Fumoir can be booked for a large family, a group of friends or just a couple for an evening.
