With three restaurants in the heart of Méribel, it’s widely agreed by guests and visitors alike that Le Coucou is Méribel’s most coveted spot.
Conceived as a place for sharing and conviviality, with a large sunny terrace in Méribel, Beefbar welcomes you in an attractive setting, bringing together in a gourmet menu shimmering flavors and colors, delicious meats and sides. Beefbar welcomes you for lunch and dinner.
In the evening, Biancaneve is the place to discover a surprisingly shared cuisine. In a festive, musical atmosphere, you’ll find the finest maritime brasserie classics.
As for Le Fumoir, it’s a favorite meeting place for cheese lovers, with the best of Savoyard specialties, fondue and traditional raclette.

A bistronomic restaurant, the Biancaneve offers a selection of maritime brasserie favourites, as well as vegetarian and meat options. Revisited with gourmandise and precision, the menu is enough to bring everyone together around a good meal, exploring the subtleties of the finest raw produce with uncommon generosity. Oysters and seafood, blue lobster, Sologne caviar and langoustines are combined with snacked, grilled or tartared fish. To have the ocean in the middle of the mountains is exclusive to Méribel.
Enjoy the pleasure of being together in a piano bar atmosphere where even the cocktails dare to shake the génépi, with a singer covering the greatest French standards.
Present in some of the world's most beautiful locations, the Beefbar restaurant offers the opportunity to taste the rarest meats from the four corners of the globe, matured and prepared according to the rules of the art: Black Angus from the USA, Wagyu beef from Australia, Black Pearl from the Baltic Sea, Kobe beef from Japan...
At midday, enjoy lunch on the panoramic terrace, one of the most beautiful in Méribel, directly accessible from the slopes. Dinner is served in a cosy, intimate atmosphere, where you can enjoy an unforgettable meal of exceptional meats and dishes.
With specialities to share and the famous street food revisited, tastings of luxury meats, hot dishes served in casseroles, pastas and salads, a well-balanced and tempting children’s menu and a fine wine cellar, the excellence of the Beefbar can be savoured in complete relaxation.
From this epicurean refuge, perched on the eighth floor of the hotel, Le Fumoir restaurant welcomes cheese lovers in an intimate, cosy and above all Savoyard atmosphere.
Here, you can sample the unmissable, hearty specialities of local gastronomy, made with genuine local produce. These include delicious fondues and raclettes, made with traditional Savoy cheeses. They are accompanied by an assortment of fine charcuterie (jambon de Pays, jambon blanc, viande de grisons, rosette de Lyon and jambon truffé).
During a ski vacation, Le Fumoir restaurant is a must for local regulars and cheese lovers alike. With a capacity of up to 20 guests, Le Fumoir can also be privatized for events, allowing you to have the mountain, the restaurant and its ambience all to yourself for an evening.
